Goals

Our Walker just got home feeling quite energetic after a 25-mile walk on the Towpath today. In just a few months, he'll walk that far nearly every day for 100 days as he journeys up historic US Rt 1 from Key West to Maine.
Have you set any new goals for yourself...improved fitness...education goals...better relationships? If you have no goals, you won't reach them. Set some small goals for your life and as you meet them what a sense of accomplishment you will have! That feeling will spur you on to more goals and new accomlishments. It's your choice.
